This mod, CBT, doubles convoy escort effectiveness, fourfolds global convoy regenration rate, and doubles local convoy regenration rate. This way a country doesn’t need 30 months to fully recover lost convoys.

1.5.11 introduced a peacetime convoy recovery multiplier of 4, and increased the average time-to-raid from 15 days to 20.

I’m keeping this mod up in case people find "30 months to fully regenerate convoys at war" disagreeable.
