Description:

This is a simple mod that makes it harder to request a claim from the Pope unless that character has been excommunicated first.
The Pope’s base reluctance has been doubled, but so has the effects of excommunication.

This mod overrides a singe object hof_ask_for_claim_interaction from the file commoncharacter_interactions0_religious_interactions.
Should work with any mod as far as I’m aware.
