Description:

In his unending quest for an octagon, Jack Black has come to Rivals!

The spritework is subpar and there are probably a few bugs that I missed, but I sure had a fun time making this.

I don’t have much of a way with words. here’s his moveset:
NSPECIAL: Sends Elmo forward. He deals little damage but stuns for quite some time. Elmo is indestructable but can be reflected.
FSPECIAL: Almost exactly the same as nspecial but Elmo appears a short distance behind Jack, allowing for mixups or something.
USPECIAL: Jack gives a little hop, effectively a third jump. Holding the button while Elmo is available will allow Jack to jump much higher and send Elmo plummeting to his death below.
DSPECIAL: Jack is frozen in place for a second and a half to generate a side for his meter.

Once eight sides have been acquired either by use of dspecial or landing attacks that deal 8% damage or more, taunt to harness octagonal energy. The next attack will be much stronger than any normal attack.
JAB/DTILT: A very short-ranged punch that looks pretty upon hit
FTILT/DATTACK/FAIR/BAIR: Fire a large, powerful octagon outwards.
UTILT/UAIR: See the above attack, but the octagon is launched upwards.
NAIR/DAIR: Jack spins in place, launching at an angle depending on which direction his stop sign is moving.

This was very fun to do for me, and I only hope that you’ll enjoy playing Jack however you do.
