Shattered Dreams

Shattered Dreams is a mod that, so far, adds the "Shattered D6" and a new character, "The Shattered".
Reroll items into a number of random pickups proportional to the quality of the item. The more you use it, the better it gets… There are a handful of items that are the exception to this, that will instead shatter into unique, predetermined pickups. This list of synergies is as follows:
D6 – Spawns 3 dice shards
D20 – Spawns 3 dice shards
Diplopia – Spawns 2 Jera runes
Magic Skin – Spawns 2 reverse lovers cards
Blank Card – Spawns 3 ? cards
Red Key – Spawns 6 cracked keys
Mama Mega – Spawns 3 giga bombs
The Clicker – Spawns 2 random character souls
Midas’s Touch – Spawns anywhere from 1 to 20 pennies
The new character "The Shattered" starts with the shattered D6, however, his dreams are broken; his fate is sealed. You will not be able to swap out the shattered dice for any other active item.
Any issues or bugs, please let me know so I can look into them. This should also be compatible with most mods, as it does not change any base isaac files.
