Description:

This mod is rather simple; it adds walls to city and temple settlements. It only adds fort level 1 to all of them, so they never improve beyond what they start with.

As it is now Feudal rulers cannot loot temple and city holdings which means that all those rich holdings are automatically occupied but cannot be fully exploited. However, there is the occasional event or perk which gives a +1 fort level which allows this, and that is what gave me the idea for this mod.

This does three main things for the campaign:
• It makes wars more profitable by allowing you to loot and capture more prisoners for ransom.
• It makes war slower since you have to capture every holding, even if it’s actually quite easy to capture these level 1 forts.
• It makes strategically placed city and temple holdings more useful as you can come to their rescue potentially and relieve the siege.

Testing I have done has been positive so far but more data is always better.
