能量币(电力可流通)Energy Credit（Transportable Electricity）
作者跑去隔壁的FTL土著那里抢来了能量币技术，方便电力的运输和贸易
修改了电力商品的名称和图标，并去掉了本地商品的标签使其可以流通，这样就不用每块地都规划发电厂了
Changed the name and icon of the electricity trade goods, and removed the local goods tag to make it transportable, so that there is no need to plan power plants for every single state.
