Ye Olde Fonts
Welcome to Ye Olde Fonts, a mod that adds two new Medieval-themed fonts to Crusader Kings III to give it just a bit more period flavour.
The map (realm, religion, culture and province names etc.) now displays the Dark Ages-themed (and Lord of the Rings inspired) DK Northumbria[www.dafont.com] font, whilst everything else uses the many styles of the elegantly Medieval (and Elder Scrolls inspired) Cyrodiil[www.dafont.com] font.
Should be compatible with most mods, so long as they do not alter the in-game fonts and do not alter the GUI, specifically the text.gui and window_county_view.gui files (I had to adjust the interface font size and move the display for supply limits in the province/county interface).
✔️ Savegame compatible.
❌ Ironman compatible.
If you like the map font but aren’t too keen on eye strain altering the interface font, then why not try the DK Northumbria Map Font mod? This only alters the map font (making it a bit more compatible with other mods) and is fully Ironman compatible!
Click HERE for the achievement compatible version of this mod. All fonts are still included, but it doesn’t increase their size in the interface.
