Hello from Brazil!
CK3 is an incredible game, but one of its flaws is the lack of individuality among characters. Three personality traits are all Paradox gives us to "build" our character’s story or "guess" the story of other characters. That said, bringing more granularity to the game is something I have been dedicating myself to for months. With Chat GPT, everything has become much easier!
Complete Edition adds small balance changes, mainly on skill modifiers:

-> Removes balance changes and 900+ mini-events (stress and resources give/take).
What did Chat GPT do? Chat GPT undertook the localization process, transforming my drafts into finished texts by writing about 90,000 words of manually revised flavor content.
No original files have been harmed. This mod was also properly debugged (no log error spam). Theoretically, this mod is compatible with everything. It will work with most overhaul mods, such as AGOT, Elder Kings, etc.

-> 92 Highborn Traits that will make every noble character, those with a dynasty, stand out from each other. Now they will feel alive and will have a story to tell. What are their ambitions or aspirations? How do they behave in court? What do they like to do? What do courtiers say about them behind their back?
-> 70 Lowborn Origin Traits that will tell you the background of every lowborn character in the game. What their history is? Are they a farmer, a soldier, a chaperone, a servant, a merchant? Different from the nobles, the lowborns origin aren’t defined by their personality, but instead by their education and luck.
-> 100 Tribal and Nomadic Traits – there is a complete set of exclusive traits for those living in less civilized societies, with thematics based on faction support and opposition. Unlike civilized societies, tribes and nomads don’t place much importance on demeanors, hobbies, and gossips. They are known for their pragmatic and warring nature.
-> 38 Dreadful/Virtuous Lifestyle Traits, available for characters who are very dreadful and evil or are virtuous and pious.
-> These traits are given automatically, and they slightly affect AI Personality.
-> Non-Tribal traits are available for selection in Character Creator.
These events are displayed as unobtrusive tooltips, adding modifiers and generating few but interesting characters to bring more life to the world. These events aim to add a new layer of flavor and randomization, just like in real life where not everything is predictable.
Lite Edition Includes 250+ mini-events:
-> Annual Reports, involving random good and bad incidents that can happen.
-> Ruler’s Diary events, featuring random good and bad memorable occurrences.
-> Events that spawn friends and rivals covering ALL personality traits.
-> War Report Events simulating what happens outside the battlefield.
-> Reputation events that assess your level of dread and cruelty.
-> Realm Size Bureaucracy events to nerf big empires and buff small kingdoms.
-> Events to discourage the stockpiling of resources, like Corruption (gold).
Complete Edition adds 900+ mini-events:
-> County Turmoil/Thriving events based on your character skills.
-> Councillor and Spouse management events based on their skills.
-> Troubled/Reliable House events exclusive for House Heads.
-> Scheme events to buy prestige/piety/renown/dread (decision).
-> Scheme events to gain resources trough tyraninical means (decision).
-> Hostility Events that adds a new layer of immersion to the game

-> 28 New Innovations (7 per Era) telling the story of the medieval institutions’s development, such as labor, religion, leadership, industry, etc. Some of the new innovations improve the research speed (fascination) for balance purpose.
-> 55 New Traditions that will make EVERY culture develop in a very unique way!
NEW Realm Laws:
-> Realm Administration: to simulate the progress from Itnerant Courts to Palatial Courts.
-> Raiding Focus: to simulate the personal ambitions of dreadfull tribal rulers.
Note: A Script will run at Game Start to distribute the innovations and traditions to EVERY culture. So, its recommended to start a New Game.
4 Recurrent Major Decisions that can be taken every 5 years, offering multiple choices based on your skills (with failure chances) to ensure your character is ruling the way you want. These modifiers comes at the cost of Stress, adding a new layer of strategy and roleplay.
-> Realm Management (16+ Skill Test)
-> Holding Management (12+ Skill Test)
-> Personal Agenda (8+ Skill Test)
Resource Exchange Decisions:
-> Lite Edition adds a simple and player-only decision with 1/2 price ratio (all resources).
-> Complete Edition, instead, adds more elaborated decisions that triggers mini-events.
Other Decisions:
-> Major decision to create a noninheritable loyal army based on rank/government.
-> Decisions for granting Feudal Elective Law, Search for Albinos, Abdication.
OBS: Only independent rulers can take the most powerful decisions. This is to set them apart from rulers who are vassals under the protection of others.
Character Interactions:
-> Trade Agreement and Offer Tribute (5 years truce)
-> Intimidate Claimant (for high martial/dread rulers)
-> Spread Lies/Denounce Liege (defame and became rival)

There is a lot of new content, polished and lore-friendly, with strategic impact on the game. This mod will enhance your experience in CK3, and will also make your game more challenging.
