Extra Recruitment Slots
All this mod does is add more local and global recruitment slots for naval and land all factions. In vanilla you start with 3 recruitment slots for most factions I changed the 3 to 7 both global and local. Most factions should have anywhere between 7 to 9 recruitment slots depending on starting traits.
Yes, this mod works for Ai and Player.
