DDG-19 小人号是滑稽联邦内战中联邦军制造的下一代主力驱逐舰首舰，该级舰艇在愈加扩大的叛乱内战中填补了迅速损失的上一代驱逐舰。相比于上一代迎宾酒级驱逐舰大幅度优化了隐身外形，增加了吨位，更新电子设备至上一代驱逐舰最终升级型的水平，同时将垂发装置的数量增加到了150个。而在这一过程中，该舰并没有经过太多的研发过程，所以整体单舰造价仅并未比上一代驱逐舰增加太多。
The DDG-19 XiaoRen is the lead ship of the next generation of capital destroyers built by the Federation Army in the comical Federal Civil War, a class of ships that replaced the rapidly lost previous generation destroyers in the expanding Insurgent Civil War. 相较于刚服役时，经历了中期技术升级的小人号更新了一体化桅杆、燃气轮机进气系统、减少了过多的垂发组。同时将雷达升级为最新的开源架构的AESA雷达，大幅度增强了系统的反应速度和可靠性。
