Description:

This submod is designed to work with the Para Bellum Collectiont OR Para Bellum Campaign, depending on your choice. Instead of the Imperium level, the number of armies depends on how many provincial capitols the player controls and the regional settlements from level 2 onwards, while the fleets require non-fisherman ports from level 2 onwards.

In this way, the larger factions will have a better chance of prevailing by having more initial territories. So, at least in theory, they can achieve a development more similar to the historical one.

Take into account that this submod is not compatible with the Armies cap removal submod, and with the Massive wars submod only if you want the player and AI factions to receive some extra income, by placing Alternative armies recruitment above in the Mod Manager.

Installation instructions:

1. Subscribe and place the Para Bellum submods above the main Para Bellum mods in the Mod Manager.
