Description:

Create increasingly stronger refined leathers from patchleather.

-Goes well with low-tech mod sets.
-Does NOT require a new save to add.

-v0.14 Balance Adjustments
Increased blunt protections on refined padded patchleather to be on par with Thrumbo while still having a far lower slashing protection rate to keep thrumbo’s leather rarity prized.
