Anbennar Lich RNG Improvement
This mod changes the dice rolls in the final event of the lichdom project chain of the mod anbennar in order to guarantee success if the most amount of money/resources is spent. This is to stop me from reloading the game 3 years after failing an 85% success dice roll.
