Fun with Ducats | v1.28
Added several decisions that require ducats.
*Donate for stability (Scaled on current embraced institution)
*Donate for war exhaustion
*Employ mercenary generals
*Enlist foreign manpower
*Exchange monarch points
*Invest for monarch points (Scaled from owner development)
All decisions/events have their descriptions and requirements on mouse over in game.
