Hoka is a very fast and strong character, but very light.
Info about some attacks:
Down Strong: This attack launches you upwards, allowing you to attack then in the air.
Side Special: Command grab that sends straight down. Can be used in the air.
Down Special: Hoka divides itself in 4, taking a bit of damage but avoiding enemy attacks.
