[JIX] Extended Plant Analyzer Cartridge Mod [StationeersMods]

This mod replaces the Plant Analyzer Cartridge with a more advanced version that can also scan fertilizer.
Compared to vanilla:
– Fixed inverted scrolling
– Fixed text dropping of screen from start and end
– Added hydration efficiency (now added to the vanilla cartridge)
– Added plant/seed max breathing rates
– Added color coding and spacers so every color starts on a new line
– Only show relevant fields for seeds/plants/fertilizer
– Show both fertilizer and plant stats on hydroponics devices
The name can contain "(++)" to indicate the plant is fertilized.
The name can contain "+ FERT." to indicate fertilizer is present in the Hydroponics Device.
The old Plant Analyzer Cartridge is removed from the Electronics Printer. Existing cartridges will be named: Plant Analyzer Cartridge (Old).
