060 DA is a Romanian diesel-electric locomotive. It was produced by Electroputere and exported to Poland, Germany, China and Bulgaria. It used for passenger and cargo locos. From 1986 the 060 DA locos got a new engine: top speed was increased, but tractive effort was reduced.
