Larger Depots
Increase the storage size of Depots. Instead of having a limit of 180, the limit is increased to 1800.
Waste rock is increased to 700.
Now able to place Depots in DOMES!
I had seperte buildings with concrete cost however it lead to a UI problem, I may change this in the future to be an "upgrade" to the depots, once it is discovered how to do that.
