Elven accuracy (for Dawnless Days + Expanded Elves + Last Breath)

Description:

This is a mod with the intent of being lore friendly.

The mod reworks the calibration area and distance of arrows for elves as well as velocity and effective range.
Area changed from 1.1 to 1.
Their velocity changed to be on par with other faction bow units (at 50 from 45), increased the effective range of 1 unit to 200 that was below it.
The mod greatly increases the calibration distance to go over 100(few other units have it at 100 and MANY had it way over elves(say 75 for a human vs 45 for an elite elf)…calibration distance of the arrow shot…higher than an elf’s…suuure.

Aside from calibration changes and velocity(the faster the more accurate) I’ve also added an extra +10 to the accuracy of the units in land_units_table, the numerical value is representative of the % chance of the unit hitting within the confines of the calibration area, which is a radius range in meters that the arrow may land anywhere in between the center point that the unit is aiming at and the calibration area(which is 1 meter in this case), which then later is further modified by the calibration distance, once the arrow goes past that distance the accuracy drops immensely, you’ve probably noticed in Attila how point blank, or near to, shots of bow units from a barricade decimate a melee infantry heading towards them, that has to do with calibration distance and area. So if a unit had 3 accuracy now it is 13, or 13% change of hitting within the calibration area and not missing and hitting outside, which might still hit a unit mind you especially if it is a full unit or they are in a formation that is a square instead of a thin line, if it had 32, now it is 42 or 42%.

Expanded Elves submod is also addressed along with Last Breath submod.

In expanded I reduced the 2 Lothorien bow units’ effective range to 210 and 220 since they were quite ridiculous before, they also had really high muzzle velocity(like a crossbow bolt or higher) so reduced that to 55(from 70!).
Also included expanded elves projectiles and made the same changes.
In Last Breath I changed the accuracy of the Avari archers who are elves in the same way I did with the other elven units.

I will increase the costs of the archers in multiplayer but since only accuracy was improved and nothing else, it will take some time figuring out the formula to make the increase proportional.
