This mod was made for my friends and i. I decided to make this available to everyone should anyone want to use it.

This mod changes what bonuses the buildings provides.(see below) It does not change what is required to make or maintain them. My other mod does that. here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=673134199

It makes tax bonus gloabal rather than just the province it is made in.
10% for tier 1, and 15% and 30% for the other 2 civil wonders. 10% and 15% for the other 2 mil wonders.

i left the mil wonders alone outside of that. Their bonuses are very strong.(especially the abilitties) combine them with the op poison archers and you are more than good to go.

i also gave the civil tiers a reduction in maintenance for your army.(5% and 10% respectively) i view this wonder as a money making wonder after you are big enough for it to outwiegh it’s upkeep costs.
