MMOcenaries Standalone: iM
A standalone version of Jason "infiniteMotion" Caliber from my (unreleased) MMOcenaries 2.0 mod.

iM is a (WIP) fully custom merc who comes with a full set of unique voice lines by a real person (CW: I swear a lot), a custom Weapon (iM4 Carbine) with a custom Modification available (M26 MASS underbarrel shotgun), and a custom Perk (Rampage).
He’s a bit OP without being too over-the-top: a 550-point stat spread (the average for Recruit-tier mercs is 564), CQC Training, Auto Weapons, and the Rampage perk (+8% damage per kill, stacks up to 5 times) make him lethal in close quarters, but smart positioning and movement are vital because he can’t quite take it like he dishes it out. Additionally, the Rampage perk loses up to 16% of its damage bonus every turn he goes without making a kill, to balance it against Nails’ perk which gives +20% damage after one kill and remains until the end of combat.
