Roman Civilisation V2
Compatible with all other mods unless they also included startpos
This modification makes both empires even stronger:
– Rome can recruit more variety of units from the start of a campaign
– Faction traits has been slightly improved from version 1
– Some technologies has already been researched
– Starting treasury has been changed only for Roman factions
– Rome starts with much more control in senate!
