Why would I ever use this???//
The main benefit of this mod is that you can have intense small-scale multiplayer games (20-30 players). No players blobbing into AI, no super low player density over the entire map, no tsunami gamemode.
Additionally, the game has to load less then half of the original amount of provinces and nations, resulting in smoother multiplayer games with less stability issues.

The expectation is that the loss of trade for nations on the borders of the wasteland will compensate for the strength gained from being in that position and having an entire front less to worry about. Several multiplayer testruns will be done to see whether this is the case, though.
