FFS to GIC Scrapping Patch
Allows FFS weapons to be scrapped in the workbench, or have their bullets removed for ammo.
Also allows for dollars to be traded for microcredits (but not the reverse) and allows FFS explosives to have a (very small) chance of killing GIC tanks. You are still better off using actual GIC explosives however.
