Description:

Gold in antiquity was very valuable. Men fought and died over it. But in atilla the gold mines are more of an annoyance than something truly valueable. The income you would gain just wouldn’t worth the massive public order and squalor headaches.

i got the inspiration to make this mod from seeing another one here on the workshop.
i made this mod for my own use but i’ll post it here regardless.
It is mainly intended to help the roman empires.

squalor has been reduced to be in line with other resources(like iron).
public order is now reduced to about half the original and is double of that of other resources.
income has been doubled.

jewelers now grant a small public order bonus to your entire empire, helping the roman empires to maintain control.
jewelers now grant a industry income bonus to the local province.

gold mines 2->4 now also improve upon the basic gold mines’ commerce boost.

i have also edited startpos_settlements so that the region of alia in palestina starts out with a gem building. removing the headache of building it(ERE) or capturing a gem town(WRE).

29/1: the buildings should now correctly grant their income(had set wrong effect scope).
