Ghorza Winter and Desert Legion in Military Ports only (WRE/ERE)
The Desert en Winter Legions are a great addition to the game. All thanks to Ghorza.
For balance reasons I made these legions available for WRE in Military Ports only, like the Camels and Elephants from my pack about Regional Recruitment.
These elite legions cannot be trained everywhere, they are sent from your Capital by ship to your Military Wharfs and Ports.
Winter Legion is immune for cold weather, Desert Legion does not suffer in the heat, giving the player some good old legions, fitting in these modern times and making armies adaptable to weather conditions.
When used with my Roman Formations and Disciplined Legions mod these legions fight like true Romans: with Flying Wedge and defensive Square, stay in formation while attacking and have the disciplined trait. (won’t flee when your general dies).
Since I use these two legions in all my WRE campaigns I thought it would be nice to share this little mod with other players. For the record, I made the legions a bit more expensive for balance. They are hardened troops but expensive and with a high upkeep.
