English unique civilian unit that can only be produced in a city with an Archaeological Museum. Can spend 1 Charge to remove Wonders from other civilizations located on the plot it is on, and can rebuild them on blank plots within your civilization.
Rest assured that the AI can’t have the virtues of Great Britain (i.e., it won’t use Wonderologists)
