Mines of Moria (READ DESCRIPTION)
NOTE: Map has a few bugs, but is definetaly playable, just make sure the defenders is outnumbered a bit, recommended going with 2v1, 3v2 or 4v3.
This was a map that took me around 20+ hours to make, even though it never got finished. I was working alot on it and eventually the program I made it on bugged itself, and I lost the map so I can no longer work on it. It might not be finished, but it’s still a really beautiful map to look at inside of the mountain, and yes, it’s playable under rocks as a roof which is see-through for you.
I will NOT update this map as I lost its file, and all I got left on it is the "playable" version of it. You can walk through the pillars in the main hall as I never got to do Go and No-Go zones in there, and at the very back there is some massive pillars and smoke beams that shoot straight up which is also a bug.
It definetaly gives a good idea of the future maps we can make for Attila and with Empty’s discovery of see-through rocks and scaling of objects we can create almost anything. Again, thank you so much to Empty for making this map possible, and I did enjoy making this map as far as I got, and don’t look away from me making Moria all over again as I now know what to do.
Why release it? I got inspired to actually play it and show it when I got to take a look at the new Mordor units, as they could remind you of goblins and why the hell not do a Dwarves VS Goblins, right? It was also a shame to let this project go to waste.
Enjoy the small parts of the map that is enjoyable!
