Plutia, known as Pururut (プルルート Pururūto) in Japan, is a character in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, and is the CPU of Planeptune in a 1980s-parallel universe.

Her nickname is "Pururun" ("Plutie" in the English Version) and she’s known for her gentle appearance, although she is quite difficult to read.
