This mod does the following changes:

Diplomacy: Adds 1 vassal limit per 4 points
Martial: Adds 1 knight per 6 points
Intrigue: Adds -1% enemy hostile scheme success chance and 0.5 natural dread per point
Learning: Adds +1% monthly lifestyle experience per point
