Search And Rescue
The Airborne Rescue Squadron, better known as PARA-SAR, is a para-trooper squadron of Special Operations and Search and Rescue of the Brazilian Air Force. Its duties involve technical advanced infiltration and exfiltration, pre hospital assistance, access to aircraft, search techniques and infiltration in inhospitable and difficult-to-access locations, at sea, in mountains and in the jungle.
