Brazilian Combat Divers
The Combat Diver Group, known as GruMeC, is a special operations unit of the Brazilian Navy. Its role is to carry out special operations in aquatic, coastal, riverside and terrestrial environments. GruMeC has counterterrorism training, having a unit specialized in hostage rescue, GERR.
