The Spartan is a Starter CV with a lot of upgradability, as well as a small Hangar.
No grow plots or crew quarters, this is more of a short range corvette/patrol boat than a flying base. You can add however a 3×3 grow plot field between the constructor and the cockpit seat, if you move the ammo box a bit.
Has extensive upgrade capabilities up to a Core 3 (and possibly beyond), for details see the upgrade guidance system that can be activated via the P-Menu switch ‘Upgrade Marker’
Note the ship is mostly unarmored (steel hull), so keep your shields up!
