本mod模拟现实中民间建筑促进科技发展。部分生产方式会给建筑一个科技的modifier（每月更新），每月结尾会给这个科技一定研究点：
等级1-15给2点
等级15-50给20点
等级》50给100点
鼓励建立高等级建筑。

This mod simulates buildings to promote technology. Some of the production methods will give the building a modifier for a technology (updated monthly), and at the end of each month will give a certain amount of research points for this technology:
level1-15 gives 2 points
Level 15-50 gives 20 points
Level 50 gives 100 points.
Encourage to build high level buildings.
