Every State Is Releasable
In this mod, every state is a releasable nation.
You can play any country as a decentralise confederation, make new buffer state around you, punish rivals by releasing state, or give autonomy to an oversea state.
It should be compatible with most of the mods since it only adds features.
But if you use ‘Releasable States of America’ or ‘Africa Releasable Mod’ you will have duplicates.
The AI could use this mod but in my 30hrs playing this mod it never happened.
To make this mode I used ‘Shattered World – Every state a country’ by Caracus.
He deserves all the credit for the hard work, I simply trim down his mod and re-arrange it to be a releasable nations mod.
