Night version

This map takes place in a serene lake setting surrounded by a dense forest, having ample space for building, both on water and on land. Enjoy the quaint views and closeness to nature, as well as a couple manmade features.
Map is the max possible size.
Includes a customized navmesh and AI nodes. Areas such as the main house are completely AI noded with everything up to NPC cover positions, bird flight and perch paths, and even rollermine nodes. NPCs will walk along the gravel path, as well. Try a battle inside and around the main house to see how well they navigate!

Credits:

The main house is from Just a House, the shed is from gm_forestrally2, and the large house is from Butcher’s Den Forever. The skybox is GC’s Summer Skybox by Gatecat 13.

Notes:
  • If you are getting low FPS, set “cl_detaildist” to 0 in the console.
  • If the sand appears to be stretched or broken, install Sand Texture Fix.
