Standalone version of the electrician class from my pet rock class pack

Squaddie:
Electrical Surge: Fire a special shot with your cannon that pierces armour, disables shields, and reduces hack defense of robots. Costs 2 Ammo.
Suppression: Suppress a target reducing their aim and disabling certain abilities. Take a shot at them if they attempt to move.
Stun: Fire your arcthrower at a target in an attempt to stun them.
Zap: Fire your arcthrower at a target in an attempt to zap them, dealing electrical damage and disorienting them.

LCPL:
Fracture: +20 Aim and Shred armour against mechanical enemies.
Covering Fire: Overwatch will now trigger on enemy attacks instead of just movement, as well as reduce the cover bonus of enemies against reactinary attacks.
Stun Gunner: Increases Aim with Arcthrower

CPL:
Power Down: Electrical Surge will now massively debuff robotic enemies.
Mayhem: deal 25% increased damage against targets your suppressing.
Sparkstriker: fire your arcthrower at a target with an equipped grenade in an attempt to detonate it.

SGT:
Heat Ammo: Deal increased damage to robotic enemies.
Opportunist: Reduces the cover bonus of enemies against reactionary attacks.
Zapping Hands: Fire your arcthrower at a target in an attempt to zap them, dealing electrical damage and disorienting them. Free Action 4 turn cooldown.

SSGT:
Nimble Hands: Reload your weapon as a free action.
Improved Suppression: Suppression will disorient the primary target.
Unlimited Power: Firing your arcthrower is no longer turn ending.

TSGT:
Thousands To Go: After killing with your primary weapon once per turn gain a non-movement action.
Suppressing Fire: Fire your weapon at a target and if they survive follow up with a suppression.
Quick Zap: Activate to make your next arcthrower abilitiy this turn a free action.

GSGT:
Coup De Grace: Deal bonus damage and increased aim/crit against disoriented/stunned enemies.
Shooting Sharp: Bonus Aim and Armour piercing against enemies in cover.
Zapslinger: Activate to Zap any target that moves within 6 tiles of you. Guarantee Hit but does not disorient.

MSGT:
Electrical Storm: Replaces Electrical Surge: Costs 1 Ammo and is Non-Turn Ending.
Heavy Hitter: Deal +2 damage with all attacks.
Arc Lance: Fire your arcthrower in a line that is guaranteed to hit and disorient enemies.
