Era 1 Boats
Just a small change to reduce the tech era of boats for faster exploration and expansion in non-pangea type games. I personally have always been frustrated when I find myself with little / weak expansion possibilities, surrounded by the ocean, and being forced to wait until Tech Era II to have to remedy the situation. So, this mod is a pretty simple solution to discovering your need to cross the sea early on. And it’s slightly less punishing if you find out you need boats later in the game!
This mod should work fine with any other mods you might be running unless said mods are adding a technology in the spot I have the boat technology located.
