They don’t get FIDS from the terrain, but their population and districts are quite special.
Rather than building standard district that produce a bit of everything, they build district that give a bigger bonus in a specified domain, and only in the form of an increase of the population efficiency.
Their army is composed of extremely customizable units and heroes.
Talking about heroes, because the units of the marketplace are closed for them, they are able to produce them like any units with a research!
