The name stands for Threading Building Blocks Memory Allocation Dynamic Link Library. In simple terms, it’s a file that contains code used by the game to request memory from your operating system. Supposedly the newer version of the library contains various improvements that optimize this process.
VirusTotal scan[www.virustotal.com] found no threats.
Still, use at your own risk. In theory, using the new .DLL may reduce stability and performance. In that case you can just revert to the older version of the file.
