Unleash your inner Jules Verne with this nautical-themed (but sadly, non-functional) carousel adorned with whimsical swimming seals and sea otters. This blueprint also includes a surrounding fence with a decorative hedge, and a ticket booth. Sure, the carousel might not be functional, but it’s sure to get that coveted 100% decoration bonus for an information counter.
