Storm Mage Equipment
NOTE: Items are no longer in a container due to strange bugs with my other mods when I did so; they are now lying around in appropriate areas.
Since I was in the mood for calling down the storms, I decided to make a set of equipment for a storm mage. Also, feeling charitable, I decided to share it with everyone 🙂
