The red boy from the shock series. He uses his shocky speed to
shock all over the place
Mr. Red is essentially a really fast paced (but weak) character. Hes like Shinji but isnt a hit and run.
I hope you enjoy this mod! this took me about 3 days to complete. Trust me, this character will be getting updates.
