Outnumbered defence penalty in combat
This mod adds 70% defence penalty if 1 soldier is surrounded or fights multiple enemies. It affects each man in unit individually.
The following value has been changed in _kv_rules table:
melee_outnumbered_defence_penalty [1 -> 0.3]
