Uesugi naginata cavalry
Makes the naginata warrior monk cavalry available for the Uesugi. Also makes it available at temple level 2 (monastery) for both the Uesugi and Ikko Ikki.
Shouldnt conflict with any mod adding new units.
If any modder is interested, I used the keys 7050, 7051, 7052 and 7053 in building_units_allowed to try to avoid conflicts with other mods.
