Traditional clan improvement
This mod gives the traditional military chain a stronger modernisation debuff also gives all traditional units morale boost (you wouldn’t imagine your faithful samurai to abandon you in battle do you?) Archers also have more ammo and fire faster. Now you could choose to stay under modernisation level 1 but still build the first tier economic building chains. Enjoy!
