Description:

Allows the Unit Packs Expanded mod to be used standalone, without the presence of Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded

Also fixes:

• Cultures with Israeli heritage (as well as Syrians) now have Levantine military equipment
• Baltic cultures have regained their Northern European military equipment.
• Pomeranians now use Lechite (Polish) coats of arms, while Slovenes use West Slavic coats of arms (like the Czechs)
• Vlachs received South Slavic military equipment
• Ancient Egyptian culture is now called Kemetian
• Finns received Sami fashion from the DLC, the same as the Sami and Karelian
• Nivkh received Circumpolar military equipment instead of Mongolian

Compatibility:
With any mods that don’t overwrite culture files
