Grants the Iron Crown of Lombardy pedestal artifact to Kingdom of Italy in the 867 start by request.Not compatible with any other mod that changes ./events/artifacts/historical_artifact_events.txt. Since all relics are generated via a single event on game start, in order to modify the placement of one you must include the entire block with a small adjustment.
