Base Wars MAC Tank

This is a small mod that adds the vehicle MAC Tank from the roblox game Base Wars.
It has 4000 HP like a regular tank, the rest of stats are taken directly from APC.
It can be damaged by heavy arms (x0.05 multiplier)
Its perfect as Anti-Air and Anti-Unarmored, it doesnt affect armored vehicles (For balancing reasons)
Can drive trought water (Like APC Does)
300 Ammo, with the double 30mm chaingun (It takes some time to charge/spin)
