SAAB 39 is a multi-role fighter aircraft developed by Saab AB of Sweden.

Uh, maybe.

What’s the scale?

Little larger than the real thing(roughly 1.1x?).

Why can’t I fire this machine gun?

By default, it’s not equipped with ammo, due to its appearance. In the meantime, there is space for it to be mounted.
